Everyone there is really friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a variety of classes for the young and seasoned adults. The kids program is the best structured I've seen and you can tell they are all having fun and learning real skills in life and martial arts. If you're interested in grappling theres classes all day from catch wrestling to bjj full of high level grapplers and several black belts. More interested in striking? Cool, you can learn Shotokan Karate from very high level black belt Sensei Steve Baxley.Theres also the best boxing and mma coaches between Johnny Trawick and Jake Baxley.
